Shipping Area

We currently ship within Japan only. International shipping is not available through the online store.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping is ¥880. Orders totaling ¥15,000 or more qualify for free shipping. Please confirm the final shipping fee at checkout before placing your order.

Dispatch Time

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days: Monday-Thursday (excluding national holidays)
Closed: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays

Returns & Exchanges for Customer Convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, including ordering mistakes, incorrect size or color selection, or differences in personal expectations. Please review the product details carefully before ordering.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. After review, we will provide return or exchange instructions. Please return the item cash-on-delivery only as instructed by us; we will bear the return shipping cost.

This policy does not limit any rights provided to customers by applicable law.

Out-of-Stock Cancellations & Refunds

Inventory is shared with our physical store. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an online order is placed due to timing differences in inventory updates. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you by email and cancel the affected item or order. Any amount already paid will be refunded promptly. If the entire order is cancelled, the full amount including shipping will be refunded. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider.
